Pomegranate Rose Martini

This cocktail is made with a fragrant Rose Liqueur I recently discovered from Salish Sea Organic Liqueurs @salishseaorganics . This liqueur, which tastes like an actual rose, pairs beautifully well with pomegranate juice, or cranberry juice if you’re unable to find it. Along with my homemade rose petal syrup, it made a beautiful gin-based martini cocktail.

Recipe:

Pomegranate Rose Martini:
Makes 1
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz Salish Sea Rose Liqueur @salishseaorganics
1 oz pomegranate juice
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz rose syrup
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice until the ice is half-diluted, then strain through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass.
